The employees were great at plugging my tire that had a screw in it! I walked in and someone didnt show up and I got their spot!!! Very quick and extremely friendly.

The only reason for 1 star iis for the repair .. a warranty repair.. however when the person working the front desk, manager or whoever lied straight to my face that the INSIDE OF MY VEHICLE DOESNT SMELL LIKE SMOKE.. That is some Bullshit Alllowing your employees to SMOKE in a customers car.. then lie to cover for them.. Absolutely Ridiculous.. Try to tell me it's freon.. yea I know better.. been working on cars longer than you probably been alive.. try again.. all good tho I guess the customer is not always right.. ill be calling corporate for a formal complaint .. and will keep being that customer until this is taken care of.

I took my daughter in laws van in today for new tires had a 9AM appointment set. At 1030 I asked how much longer it would take as I had an appointment at 1PM. At 1215 I approached the counter again and was met with a rude condescending tone. During this time I noticed the van had been sitting in the same spot for approximately 45 minutes. I felt no other choice but to call and cancel my appointment. All I or any other customer asks for is to be informed. I personally do not expect service employees to bend over backwards but I do expect to be treated with the same amount of respect that I give. Belle tire I think that you can do better than the treatment I received today.

Incredibly poor management and mind blowing experience today. I made an appointment and showed up on time for an alignment. I chose to wait in the waiting room with my two young children. After waiting 90 minutes. NINETY MINUTES, I approached th counter to ask for an estimate on time. I was told that my vehicle had not even been pulled in and that the technician left. I asked what the point was of having an appointment. I was told it is like a Dr.’s office and that it was only a “check-in” time. How long were they going to have me sit in the lobby before telling me my car hadn’t been touched yet?!!!!! I will never return and will be emailing and calling management to let them know about this experience.

Was on the hunt for new wheels and somehow ended up at Belle Tire—not sure if it was fate or my GPS, but either way, it was a win. The staff? Total professionals. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful—like the Avengers of auto care. Huge shoutout to Chad for hooking me up with a killer deal on my new wheels—seriously, the guy deserves a bonus. And props to Aiden and Jacob, who were kind, courteous, and made the whole experience feel smoother than a fresh set of tires on a new highway. The place is clean and comfy, I half expected them to offer me a cappuccino. I’ll definitely be rolling back soon. If your ride needs anything, Belle Tire is where it’s at. Highly recommend!
